Description
A spicy, smoky, ultra-melty grilled cheese stuffed with roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella for the ultimate jalapeño popper-inspired sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2–3 jalapeños (roasted, peeled, chopped)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 slices bread (sourdough or white)
- 1 tbsp butter (softened)
Instructions
- Roast jalapeños at 425°F (220°C) until blistered, then peel and chop.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped roasted jalapeños.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread and top with the second slice.
- Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and melted.
- Slice and serve immediately.
