Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1 block (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
- Mini pretzels (for antlers)
- White candy eyes
- Red gumdrops, red Sixlets, or red M&Ms (for nose)
- Lollipop sticks or paper straws (red + white striped look)
Instructions
- Add whole Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until you get fine crumbs.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 12 medium balls and place on a lined tray. Chill in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips or wafers in the microwave, heating for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil for a glossy finish if desired.
- Insert a pop stick into each chilled ball and dip into melted chocolate, coating fully. Let excess drip off.
- Break mini pretzels in half and press gently into the top of the pop for antlers. Press on candy eyes and attach a red gumdrop or red candy for the nose.
- Allow pops to harden for 5–10 minutes at room temperature or chill for 5 minutes.
