  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce (Optional but enhances the dish.)
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (Adjust based on heat preference.)

Instructions

  1. Chop off the root of the bok choy and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.
  2. Slice the bok choy stems and leaves separately.
  3. Slice the mushrooms chunky.
  4. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the bok choy stems and cook for a few minutes.
  7. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
