  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 12 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each kielbasa piece into 1–2 inch chunks and slice across the top almost all the way through, like a Hasselback, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Brush mustard mixture generously over the sliced tops of the kielbasa pieces.
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until slightly crispy and heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.
