Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese shreds and chopped vegetables evenly on top.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
