- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Crusty French bread, for serving
- Lemon zest

Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes. Let spices bloom for 1 minute.
- Add crab claws and toss to coat. Cook 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over crab and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a hot platter, sprinkle parsley, and serve immediately with crusty bread.
