  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Add at the end for creaminess.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta (Cook separately for best texture.)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all your ingredients and cut the chicken breasts into manageable pieces.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and cover the slow cooker with its lid.
  5. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for approximately 6 hours.
  6. After cooking, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese with the shredded chicken.
  8. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  9. Drain the pasta and add it to the slow cooker with the chicken and sauce.
  10. Gently mix to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
