- 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
- 4 potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 3 carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 15 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Transfer cooked beef into the slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic on top of the beef.
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour beef broth over all ingredients.
- Stir lightly to combine.
- Cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- Taste and season with additional salt, pepper, or Worcestershire sauce as desired.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
