Description

This S’mores Pizza recipe brings the classic campfire treat into your kitchen. It features a graham cracker-infused cookie crust topped with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, perfect for sharing.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • For the toppings:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • Optional: drizzle of melted chocolate or caramel

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a round 10-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding in the crushed graham crackers last.
  4. Press the dough evenly into your prepared pan, shaping it like a pizza crust.
  5. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the center is slightly soft.
  6. Immediately after removing the crust from the oven, sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the hot surface.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows and broken graham cracker pieces.
  8. Turn your oven to broil (on low, if available) and place the pizza back in for 1–2 minutes, watching closely until the marshmallows puff up and brown.
  9. Allow your s’mores pizza to cool for about 5 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

  • Best enjoyed warm. Reheat slices in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes if needed.
