Instructions

  1. Add shredded cheddar, flour, softened butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, and salt into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Slowly add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough begins to come together.
  2. Remove the dough from the food processor and form it into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Use a small biscuit cutter, knife, or pizza cutter to cut the dough into bite-sized squares, circles, or fun shapes.
