Instructions

  1. Set out a large wooden board or a few rustic platters. If you’re using a photo-worthy board, lay down a parchment or slate base to anchor the arrangement. Begin by placing the cheeses as anchor points, then position the turkey slices in loose stacks to invite easy picking.
  2. Arrange the brie and cheddar in small wedges or rounds, leaving space for a generous smear of herb cream cheese.
  3. Scatter turkey slices around the cheeses, folding or rolling pieces for height so the board looks abundant from every angle.
  4. Dot cranberry chutney or fig jam in small dollops around the board.
