Instructions

  1. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each ravioli into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks. Set aside on a plate.
