Description

Fudgy, decadent Two Protein Brownies that actually pack a protein punch and deliver rich chocolate satisfaction without the usual guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • chocolate chips (add as many as you like!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish (about 6×6 inches) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Crack the egg into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until slightly frothy.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and sweetener to the beaten egg, then stir until completely smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder, then gently fold until just combined.
  5. Fold in your desired amount of chocolate chips, reserving a small handful to sprinkle on top.
  6. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still looks slightly underdone.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment overhang.

  • For the fudgiest texture, refrigerate the brownies for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
