Description
Fudgy, decadent Two Protein Brownies that actually pack a protein punch and deliver rich chocolate satisfaction without the usual guilt.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- chocolate chips (add as many as you like!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish (about 6×6 inches) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- Crack the egg into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until slightly frothy.
- Add the Greek yogurt and sweetener to the beaten egg, then stir until completely smooth and well incorporated.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder, then gently fold until just combined.
- Fold in your desired amount of chocolate chips, reserving a small handful to sprinkle on top.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still looks slightly underdone.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment overhang.
Notes
- For the fudgiest texture, refrigerate the brownies for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
