Create delicious vegan Kinder Riegel bars with a creamy milk filling. This recipe uses simple ingredients and is easy to follow, offering a guilt-free indulgence.

- 120 g Vegan milk chocolate
- 60 g Vegan white chocolate
- 20 g Oat milk powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the vegan milk chocolate. Use 90 g for the hollow body and set aside 30 g for the base.
- Slowly heat 60 g of the vegan milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water on low heat.
- Once melted, add the reserved 30 g of chocolate and stir until blended smoothly.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe it into the bar mold, ensuring all sides are well coated. Tap the mold gently to release any air bubbles and chill in the fridge to let it set.
- For the filling, melt the vegan white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water on low heat. Once melted, add the oat milk powder and coconut oil, stirring well, then transfer to a piping bag.
- Remove the chilled chocolate mold and carefully divide the creamy filling into the cavities, leaving enough space for the base. Tap the mold again to eliminate air bubbles and chill until firm.
- For the base, melt 20 g of the remaining vegan milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water on low heat.
- Remove from heat, add the last 10 g of chocolate, and stir until combined. Pour this mixture into a piping bag and fill in the bar mold.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, carefully turn the mold upside down and gently tap the back to release your delicious Vegan Kinder Riegel bars.

- Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For longer freshness, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
