Creamy, Easy, and Irresistible Mexican White Cheese Dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb white American cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, undrained
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: chopped jalapeños, cayenne pepper, cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Warm milk and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Slowly add white American cheese, whisking until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  4. Add a splash of milk if you want a thinner dip.
  5. Add salt as needed. Garnish with jalapeños, cilantro, or cayenne.
  6. Transfer to a bowl or fondue pot and serve warm with chips or veggies.
