  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (120g) dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Gently stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers soft.
  7. Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or store for later enjoyment.
