- ⅝ cup (125g) packed brown sugar
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips
- 1 cup (120g) dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Gently stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers soft.
- Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or store for later enjoyment.
